Jacobson Commercial was awarded the renovation contract to the Landmark Theatre concession space.  This involved relocating a portion of the existing concession as a temporary setup along with POS stations and food preparation equipment.  Once that was complete, we had a 4 week window to complete the renovation.   The area received new tile flooring, 130’ of new millwork, HVAC reconfigurations, electrical and data work, framing and finishes.  The theater remained open throughout the course of construction so work hours needed to be adjusted to accommodate.  We were able to successfully hand this space over ahead of schedule and with a very satisfied customer.
