Jacobson Commercial was hired by Cardinal Capitol to take an empty space in a new building across the finishing line to a beautiful space. The estimating team worked closely with the customer and their designer at the beginning to ensure the end vision was achieved and fell within their desired budget. The interior space focussed on clean lines and modern finishes.  The interior designer had glass features throughout the office to create a more open and appealing. Layout, while still giving the privacy needed.  It was an exciting project to be a part of.
