This project was built under a tight timeline and in three phases to allow the office to remain functional throughout the project. J&G Homes’ scope of work included demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, glazing, plumbing, electrical, tile and millwork. The J&G Homes team developed a project execution plan that was focused on minimizing inconvenience to the office staff due to construction-related noise, dust and debris.
